"Guaranteed Pass" means exactly that. We undertake to train candidates, whom we determine to be of average aptitude and ability, in the time allowed, to meet the standards required by the JAA to achieve a "pass" for the License or Rating for which we have undertaken to train them.

The inclusive price is all that is paid by the candidate. Candidates will in turn demonstrate a high level of responsibility, commitment and dedication to the package. Ormond Beach Aviation, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or restructure the package, if, in the opinion of the company, a candidate is unable to meet the required standards. Candidates will, in those circumstances, be charged pro-rate for the training received at the standard company rates.
